Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director HSEQ to join our team for a major Program Management assignment in Al Khobar. This program includes multiple assets such as hotels, residential developments, and mixed-use projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental) frameworks across the entire program to ensure compliance, excellence, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage HSEQ strategies, systems, and policies in line with corporate and client requirements.
• Lead the implementation of HSEQ plans across multiple assets within the program.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, international standards, and client expectations.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, providing actionable recommendations.
• Deliver HSEQ training and awareness programs for project teams and stakeholders.
• Report HSEQ performance to senior leadership and client representatives, highlighting risks and corrective actions.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability throughout the program lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of HSEQ experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record in Program or Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects, preferably large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, or residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of GCC regulations, with recent experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia highly preferred.
• A transferable Iqama is required for candidates currently based in KSA.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Auditor, OSHA) are essential.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
